With its distinctive curved 39-storey silhouette designed by architect Massimo Mercurio, Diamond Crown Hai Phong posed a significant fabrication challenge for non-linear curtain wall and cladding geometry. Eurowindow combined unitized/semi-unitized curtain wall with floor-by-floor shaped aluminium cladding and louvres, delivering the precision needed for a complex architectural form.

• 01 Site Survey & Technical Consulting Façade engineers assess climate and wind-load conditions, working with the architect from schematic design onward.
• 02 Design & Structural Calculation Structural simulation and load calculation to BS EN/ISO/AAMA standards, with detailed shop drawings.
• 03 Factory Manufacturing Aluminium profile, glass and hardware fabricated on European-standard CNC lines across 5 Eurowindow plants.
• 04 Installation & Construction A dedicated site team installs to the correct technical sequence, coordinating closely with the main contractor.
• 05 Handover & Warranty Support Installation quality is verified, as-built documentation handed over, with long-term warranty support.
