The project's engineering challenge

Hoiana is a large-scale resort and entertainment complex in Quang Nam, comprising 5–6 star hotels, a casino and condotel apartments. Eurowindow has been involved since Phase 1, delivering window wall, curtain wall, sliding doors and jumbo frameless glass.

How Eurowindow delivered this project

01 Site Survey & Technical Consulting Façade engineers assess climate and wind-load conditions, working with the architect from schematic design onward.
02 Design & Structural Calculation Structural simulation and load calculation to BS EN/ISO/AAMA standards, with detailed shop drawings.
03 Factory Manufacturing Aluminium profile, glass and hardware fabricated on European-standard CNC lines across 5 Eurowindow plants.
04 Installation & Construction A dedicated site team installs to the correct technical sequence, coordinating closely with the main contractor.
05 Handover & Warranty Support Installation quality is verified, as-built documentation handed over, with long-term warranty support.
