The project's engineering challenge

Techcombank Tower needed a curtain wall that could both express a modern banking brand through architectural night lighting and meet LEED Gold requirements for thermal performance. Eurowindow delivered a unitized system with an EI60 fire-rated glass wall built directly into the façade — a technical capability few façade contractors in Vietnam can execute at the scale of two towers, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

How Eurowindow delivered this project

01 Site Survey & Technical Consulting Façade engineers assess climate and wind-load conditions, working with the architect from schematic design onward.
02 Design & Structural Calculation Structural simulation and load calculation to BS EN/ISO/AAMA standards, with detailed shop drawings.
03 Factory Manufacturing Aluminium profile, glass and hardware fabricated on European-standard CNC lines across 5 Eurowindow plants.
04 Installation & Construction A dedicated site team installs to the correct technical sequence, coordinating closely with the main contractor.
05 Handover & Warranty Support Installation quality is verified, as-built documentation handed over, with long-term warranty support.
