The project's engineering challenge

Located in the heart of District 1 and designed by renowned architect Pelli Clarke Pelli, Vietcombank Tower required a seamless combination of unitized curtain wall and natural stone cladding across all 35 storeys. Eurowindow delivered both systems together, ensuring colour and flatness consistency between glass and stone on a single façade.

Delivery process

How Eurowindow delivered this project

01 Site Survey & Technical Consulting Façade engineers assess climate and wind-load conditions, working with the architect from schematic design onward.
02 Design & Structural Calculation Structural simulation and load calculation to BS EN/ISO/AAMA standards, with detailed shop drawings.
03 Factory Manufacturing Aluminium profile, glass and hardware fabricated on European-standard CNC lines across 5 Eurowindow plants.
04 Installation & Construction A dedicated site team installs to the correct technical sequence, coordinating closely with the main contractor.
05 Handover & Warranty Support Installation quality is verified, as-built documentation handed over, with long-term warranty support.
