The project's engineering challenge

As the headquarters of one of Vietnam's largest industrial groups, this twin 45-storey tower complex targeted LEED Platinum — the highest tier of green-building certification. Eurowindow optimised the unitized curtain wall with insulated DGU glass, glass balustrade and canopy systems to exceed the project's energy-performance targets.

Delivery process

How Eurowindow delivered this project

01 Site Survey & Technical Consulting Façade engineers assess climate and wind-load conditions, working with the architect from schematic design onward.
02 Design & Structural Calculation Structural simulation and load calculation to BS EN/ISO/AAMA standards, with detailed shop drawings.
03 Factory Manufacturing Aluminium profile, glass and hardware fabricated on European-standard CNC lines across 5 Eurowindow plants.
04 Installation & Construction A dedicated site team installs to the correct technical sequence, coordinating closely with the main contractor.
05 Handover & Warranty Support Installation quality is verified, as-built documentation handed over, with long-term warranty support.
